Rocket Wash

So I had a birthday coupon to use and I decided to go to this rocket wash to use it and the kid at the counter asked me to put in the code and tell him it because they don't have a scanner for it after he did that he said that it didn't work so he looked at it and he did it again and he said it still didn't work so I was never able to use my code at the wash and he told me to leave through the exit. He seemed irritated. I literally waited until my car got super dirty to use my code and it was never able to be validated there so I went to the rocket wash on Spring Street and thankfully they seen how dirty my car was and when they looked up my number it said that I just went through the wash 10 minutes ago when I did not so thankfully they were able to fix it and let me go through the wash and get my dirty car clean :) as you can see in the picture it said it was redeemed after he put it in and I was not able to use it he told me to try again tomorrow but the code expires after 24 hours after he set it in

Good wash, has some powerful jets and rotation on mops. I get soap and water in gas cap area and was leaves a splatter of dirt right behind the drivers wheel well for some reason. My mirrors flip back out if folded in and the get sent backwards if I don't fold them in. I have to go over with a cloth to get it totally dry. I don't see mat Washers like they advertise.just a place to vacuum mats. They do have free air. And vacuum is great. Staff are generally unhelpful. I met some kids that were maybe 18 probly 16y/o that were like deer in headlights when I mentioned concerns and being unsatisfied. They do make it hard to switch membership and note complaints. Not bad. Still have room to grow... especially in web design. The website is AOL style. Meh.

First time customer, and my car is still dirty!!! And the vacuums sucks! And I tried 3 different ones. Pushed the call attention button by the floor Matt washing station. And nobody comes out. Definitely not worth the $22 I paid! So I did take my car thru a second time after I found an attendant. The back is still dirty. Won’t be back.

Never had a problem there until today. Paid for the $18 wash and this is what it came out like. Still dirty on the sides too but not as bad as the back. Didn’t notice until I got home because they don’t have mirrors to see after. I called explaining and asking for a free wash or a refund, and they said there was nothing they can do because the rewash has to be immediately after.

Don’t recommend using their floor mat washing machine. Put my weather techs in face down like you’re supposed to and went in no problem but wouldn’t come out, called an employee over and it was stuck inside the rollers. After waiting for about 5-10min the employee got it out but was all bent and rolled. Doesn’t sit 100% snug like it used to. UPDATE: after only 2 weeks of the floor mat incident my mirror has fallen off after a wash. I fold my mirrors in every wash and yet the wash manages to break my mirrors. I spoke with the manager who was absolutely great but the higher-ups decided it’s not covered due to my truck being over 10 years old despite being in amazing condition for the year. Absolutely ridiculous. I will be canceling my membership and making sure I tell everyone not to go. UPDATE 2: yet another wash that has broken something on my vehicle, my brand new wiperblade, passenger side wiper blade was torn off
